I Am Turning ONE Soon...

Jayden's Invitation Card to 外公，外婆，姨姨 & 小舅舅

The elders always say 'Time flies!'. I must say I agree with them totally. I am turning ONE year old really soon... My Mummy told me that the celebration will be on my lunar calendar birthday which will be on this coming Thursday!!! That is less than 1 week away.

Invitation cards had been sent out to all my love ones. I hope you can come early on that day and celebrate this day of mine together with me. : ) It will be a simple celebration between me and all my beloved families but I know Daddy and Mummy had put in a lot of effort and thots to make it as special. Knowing that they and so many other people who love me so much is enough cos I know that family love is one thing that can last forever, unlike 'materials'.

So excited!! Heehee...

I Apologize On Behalf Of My Yiyi

Dear Readers,

I am really sorry for the lack of updates in my blog. I know my Yiyi actually has a lot of stuff to update and seen her almost wanting to start a post... Think it's 心有余而力不足... Let me do some explanation on her behalf, okie.

1) She has been really with her work. I know for a fact that she had to entertain for work at least twice last week. I didn't even have a chance to see her on some days... :( Heard she had some folks coming down from the US to train her and her colleagues on some training stuff.
2) Her weekends are usually reserved for mahjong. I know that's terrible of her (Oops, dun let her know I said that, k.) but I guess she has to have some entertainment of her own. If not, her life so boring hor! (Oh-oh! She's going to strangle me if she sees this!)
3) She has been sick for almost a week. Cough, sore throat, blocked nose and on/off fever... and she still praying that she will not need to take MC the next day cos she has a lot of things to clear at work. *Pat pat*

I'm sure my Yiyi will be back in action soon... Be back for more interesting post... ; )

Jayden Imitating 外婆 Crying...

Nowadays, Jayden is into imitating others' actions... Yesterday, he imitated 外婆 crying and us laughing. Managed to capture the crying in video. Mummy Sandy requested to see it now cos she wasn't around yesterday and I won't be home early today... Haiz... makes me do this post during my office hours... Terrible!!!

Random Thoughts on Jayden

1) Jayden has a lot of dimple-liked 'holes' all over his body. A couple on each of his elbow, a couple on each of his knee and a couple on his face just below his eyes. Those on his face are especially obvious when he smiles and they are not even considered dimples cos they are just below the eyes. Mummy Sandy always jokes that she must have poked wrongly when Jayden is still in her tummy. Instead of poking dimples for you, she ended up poking 'holes' all over your body except where it should be. Hahaha...

2) Jayden always gives me an attitude if I come home later than usual after work. Kid you not... If I come home later than 8pm or if he doesn't see me in the evening and only sees me the next morning, he will ignore me. I mean really IGNORE me!! I will keep calling him but he will still not look nor smile at me. This will not happen on other days if I come home straight from work. I just have to called him 'Jayden Boyboy' and he will welcome me with his bright smile.

3) Jayden can't bear to watch any of his love ones walk away, even if it is only going to the toilet!! He will cry like we are leaving him on his own. We always said he is a 不堪寂默的男孩!

4) Jayden's stuff is invading our house. His toys, walker, pram, mattresses... are slowly but surely taking over more and more spaces in 外婆's house. : ( 外公 thinks our place is turning into a childcare centre... Haiz...

Darling Had Single-Handedly Stripped His Pajamas Pants Off Him

This video is hot off the oven!! It was taken like 5mins ago and immediately uploaded cos wanna show your Daddy and Mummy but they had gone home so they have to come to your blog to see it... Hahaha...

Happy 10 Month Old, Darling.

OH... MY... GODDDD!!!

My darling has finally learnt to clap today!!! He finally done it on the day that he turns 10 month old. *Yippee* Am so proud of him. He is learning to mouth words too... Just not too long ago, he just said '嬷' while he looked at the Goddess of Mercy statue. We believe he's talking to the Goddess. Am so proud of my darling. Well done, Jayden Boy-boy... : )

Kissing OR Gobbling?

Darling had his regular check-up with his pediatrician and dietitian last week. Results were good and positive. The dietitian told Mummy Sandy that darling can be introduced to a lot of food. *Sighs* Told your Mummy already but she is so paranoia... Anyway, with the dietitians' go-ahead, we let darling tried some new food. The most drastic one was fish. You probably say "Fish?? What's the big deal about eating fish? Fish is good for kids." Ah... wait until you see the picture below... Hahaha...

I am in my lala land... but why 外婆 and 姨姨 keeps asking me to wake up? I don't open my eyes then maybe they will think I am really tired and let me go back to sleep... Hmmm... but why are they still trying to wake me up? Can't they see I am refusing to open my eyes. Let me go back to sleep la...
